These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Youri mobile application, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Youri ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, downloading, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

2. User Content & Wishlists

You retain full ownership of the wishlists, photos, comments, event details, and profile data you submit to Youri ("User Content"). You grant Youri a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and process your content solely to operate and improve the Service according to your chosen privacy settings.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent purpose;
Post unauthorized commercial spam or bulk solicitations;
Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or bypass authentication and rate limits;
Impersonate another individual or misrepresent your affiliation.

4. Events, RSVPs & Gifting Suggestions

Youri provides tools for creating celebration events, RSVPs, and gift recommendations. Product suggestions and links are provided for convenience. You are responsible for verifying third-party merchant details, return policies, and pricing before completing external purchases.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOURI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
